The brief.

PerfectMind powers cities, municipalities, Olympic facilities, gyms, yoga studios and everything in between. The system provides a simple way to manage: members, activity registrations, online booking, billing, email marketing, reporting and more.

The Challenge

Designing for founders who know their product cold.

SaaS teams are some of the most demanding clients in the design world. They live inside the product every day, they've got strong opinions on every pixel, and they know when something feels off even if they can't quite say why. The challenge was building something with enough rigour and specificity to earn the trust of a team who'd already thought hard about their brand, while still feeling fresh and distinctive instead of just another generic SaaS identity.

the solution

Systems thinking applied to typography.

The identity takes its cues from how the product itself is built, the belief that every piece should earn its place, that logic should be visible, and that clarity beats decoration every time. The typography is a Helvetica used at extreme scales, huge at display size, almost uncomfortably small for metadata. The grid is strict and visible, so the structure behind every layout is legible instead of hidden. The site is built with custom interactions that mirror how deliberate the product's own design process is, since nothing moves unless it means something.
